Brick Run

When your legs forget how.

Brick sessions and standalone run coaching. Cadence off the bike, pacing on tired legs, and finishing strong. The run is where Kona slots are won.

Fri 06:00 — Brick Session
Sat 08:30 — Track Intervals
Sun 09:00 — Long Run
T1 · T2 Transition Coaching

The race is lost in transition. We fix that.

Dedicated transition-zone sessions every other Saturday. Wetsuit removal, mount line technique, rack protocol — the 90 seconds that separate age-groupers from podium finishers.
