Train Specific.
Race Complete.
Structured coached sessions across all three disciplines — 14+ sessions available each week, designed for athletes fitting training around real life.

Open Water Swim
Conquer the first discipline.
Coached pool and open-water sessions every Tuesday at 05:45. Sighting drills, wetsuit technique, drafting lines, and the mental game of dark water. From 400m comfort to 3.8km race-pace.

Carbon Wheels
Redline at 5:47 a.m.
Aero position, power output, and pacing strategy. Group rides on closed circuits and solo TT sessions. We coach the watts, not just the miles.

Brick Run
When your legs forget how.
Brick sessions and standalone run coaching. Cadence off the bike, pacing on tired legs, and finishing strong. The run is where Kona slots are won.
The race is lost in transition. We fix that.
Dedicated transition-zone sessions every other Saturday. Wetsuit removal, mount line technique, rack protocol — the 90 seconds that separate age-groupers from podium finishers.
Coached Transitions
Coached by athletes
who've been there.
Every coach is an active competitor. They know what it costs to get to the start line — and what it takes to finish strong.

Daniel Osei
Run & Brick Specialist
Sub-2:45 marathon. Developed the club's brick-run protocol that cut average T2-to-finish times by 18% across the 2025 cohort. Coaches the Friday 06:00 brick block.
The finish line
speaks for itself.
"I was terrified of the swim leg. Marcus had me comfortable in open water within 6 sessions. Finished my first Olympic in 5:22 — 40 minutes faster than I thought possible."

"Our office relay team went from "we'll give it a go" to beating half the solo competitors. The transition coaching alone was worth the membership."
